I needed to remember who I'd been all along.
For years, I thought confidence was something I had to earn.
If I could just become more productive...
more certain...
more put together...
then maybe I'd finally feel like myself.
Instead, I discovered something much simpler.
I wasn't missing confidence.
I was missing me.
Today, I help women reconnect with the version of themselves that was there long before the expectations, people-pleasing, and pressure to have it all
figured out.
You show up for everyone else.
You carry the mental load.
You keep the promises you make.
Youre capable
You stopped hearing yourself,
You've been trying to become...
More confident.
More productive.
More disciplined.
More grateful.
More "enough."
You keep thinking the next thing will finally make you feel like yourselg again.
But it never quite does.
Because deep down, you know--
this isn't really about confidence.
It's about connection.
For years, I believed that if I could just become a little more confident, a little more organized, or a little more disciplined, everything else would fall into place.
So I did what so many women do. I read the books. I listened to the podcasts.I chased personal growth.
I worked harder. I tried to become the "best version" of myself.
And while I learned a lot... I still felt disconnected.
Not because I wasn't growing.
Because I was growing further away from myself.
Everything changed when I stopped asking... "Who do I need to become?"...and started asking...
"Who was I before I started editing myself?"
That question changed everything.
Because I realized I didn't need another strategy. I didn't need another morning routine. I didn't need another version of myself.
I needed to remember the woman who had been there all along.

We uncover the stories,
expectations, and beliefs
that have quietly been
shaping your life.
I'll lovingly challenge the patterns
keeping you stuck,
while cheering you on every step of the way.
Insight matters—but so does action.
Together, we'll create small, meaningful shifts
that align with the life you want to live.
This isn't about feeling motivated for a week.
It's about creating a life
that continues to reflect who you truly are.

If I'm lucky enough to end it with an espresso martini somewhere with good company... even better.
Whether it's the ocean, a lake, or just sitting near the water, it's where I feel most like myself.
My home isn't always peaceful (far from it), but I hope it always feels safe.
Motherhood has challenged me, stretched me, and taught me more about myself than I ever expected.
Walks have become some of my best coaching sessions—with myself.
Not because I want a music career—but because I believe we should keep doing things that make us feel alive and a little uncomfortable.
Maybe you're not ready for six months of 1:1 coaching.
Maybe you want to dip your toe in.
Maybe you want to work through something on your own.
Maybe you just need one good conversation.
There are a few ways to begin.
And if you're not sure which one is right for you, that's okay too.
That's exactly what a discovery call is for.
Whether you're ready for coaching or you're simply curious about what working together might look like,
the first step is just a conversation.
No pressure.
No expectation.
Just two people exploring what's possible.
